On this phone
Debatik (the Baserow project Debatekit) keeps motions, rounds, point cards and evidence pages in this phone’s application support folder. There is no account and no cloud sync.
Recipients and purpose
Text for point cards and evidence fields goes to DeepSeek. Speech for the constructive and the other side goes to StepFun. Point cards and evidence fields use the text recipient; constructive transcription and the other side’s answer use the speech recipient.
What can leave this phone: spoken audio, the motion, constructive text, text read from an evidence page, and point cards you kept. Photo pixels stay here.
Your sending choice
Both recipients wait until you allow sending. You can turn sending off in Settings. Motions and kept cards stay on this phone, and you can still edit them.
Camera, microphone and Photos
- Camera: takes a photo of a printed brief or evidence page only when you tap “File a page”.
- Microphone: records your constructive only when you tap “Speak” or “Answer back”.
- Add to Photos: saves a kept evidence page or point-card sheet only when you tap “Save page to Photos” or “Save card image to Photos”.
These are the app’s declared permission purposes. Photos exported to your album are distinct from the evidence text sent for processing.
Tracking and sharing
The in-app legal notice states that this app does not track you and does not read an advertising identifier. A kept point card can be sent to a teammate through the system share sheet. The app does not create a teammate account and does not upload that shared text.

These links describe the providers’ services; they do not establish a specific retention period or training arrangement for this app. The app’s notices do not specify recipient retention periods, a server deletion process, or a particular processing region. We do not promise zero retention or no training. Turning sending off stops future sending under the app’s stated controls; it is not a promise to erase information already received by a provider.
