Price and ownership
The app’s in-app terms state that Debatekit is free. The motions, speeches and point cards you keep belong to you.
Sending and external services
Text and speech processing use the recipients and permission choices described in the Privacy Policy. Both wait until you allow sending. If you do not wish to send material, turn sending off in Settings; motions and kept cards remain available for editing on this phone.
Keep control of your materials
Review a point card and its evidence before relying on or sharing it. Only submit or share material you are entitled to use, and avoid unnecessary personal or confidential information. Generated debate material should not be treated as a verified statement of fact.
Sharing a point card
A kept point card may be sent to a teammate with the system share sheet. No teammate account is created by the app, and the app’s notice states that it does not upload that shared text. A destination you choose in the system share sheet has its own terms and privacy practices.
Availability and questions
The app’s support notice states that when a service is not configured, the button stays and the screen says so; the app does not play a fake other side. For questions about these terms: clerk@pointfolio.press.
